The invention discloses a building structure rapid synchronous lifting device and a construction method. The device comprises at least two trusses of lifting assemblies; each truss of lifting assemblies comprises a lifting base, a lifting support, a lifting cross beam, a center hole jack and a lifting hanging rod; the lifting bases are located below a holding column bearing platform at the bottomof a to-be-lifted structure; the lifting supports are fixedly installed on the lifting bases; the lifting cross beams are fixedly mounted at the top ends of the lifting supports; the center hole jacksare mounted on the lifting cross beams; and the lifting hanging rods penetrate through the center hole jacks, the lifting cross beams and the holding column bearing platform and tie the bottom of theholding column bearing platform, tension is applied to the lifting hanging rods through the center hole jacks, and the holding column bearing platform and the structure are synchronously lifted. Cushion blocks do not need to be additionally arranged and the positions of the jacks do not need to be reset in the whole lifting construction process, lifting construction is safer and faster, operationis easy, the manufacturing cost is low, and the lifting device can be detached and repeatedly used and has excellent practical value.
