Dewatering well closing system and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a dewatering well closing system. The dewatering well closing system comprises a water stop steel plate, a first concrete structure, a cement mortar structure, a dewatering well concrete structure, a sealing plate and a second concrete structure; the water stop steel plate sleeves and is fixed to the top end of a dewatering well; the first concrete structure is formed in afoundation pit in a pouring mode and partially buries and fixes the dewatering well, the elevation of the top face of the first concrete structure is lower than the elevation of the bottom face of the water stop steel plate, and a gap is formed between the first concrete structure and the water stop steel plate in a reserved mode; the cement mortar structure is formed in the gap in a filling modeand fixedly connected with the water stop steel plate and the first concrete structure; the dewatering well concrete structure is formed in the dewatering well in a poured mode; the sealing plate covers the dewatering well in a sealing mode; and the second concrete structure is formed on the cement mortar structure in a poured mode and buries and fixes the water stop steel plate and the sealing plate. Compared with the prior art that pebbles exist in adopted concrete, liquidity is poor, and bubbles are not prone to flowing out, the cement mortar adopted in the dewatering well closing system is good in liquidity and not prone to being mixed with the bubbles, and the problem of water seepage caused by the fact that the bubbles are gathered on the lower portion of the water stop steel plateto form a cavity is solved.
本发明涉及一种降水井封闭系统,包括:套设固定于降水井顶端的止水钢板;浇筑形成于基坑内且部分埋固降水井的第一混凝土结构,第一混凝土结构顶面的标高低于止水钢板底面的标高,第一混凝土结构与止水钢板之间留设有一间隙;填充形成于间隙处的水泥砂浆结构,固定连接止水钢板和第一混凝土结构;浇筑形成于降水井内的降水井混凝土结构;封盖于降水井上的封板;以及浇筑形成于水泥砂浆结构之上并埋固止水钢板和封板的第二混凝土结构。相较于现有技术中采用的混凝土内有石子,流动性较差,不易于气泡流出,本申请采用的水泥砂浆流动性好,不易混有气泡,避免了气泡聚集于止水钢板下部形成空腔而造成渗水的问题。
