The invention is directed to a sealing device (1) comprising a waterproofing membrane (2), an adhesive sealant layer (3), and optionally a release liner (4), wherein the adhesive sealant layer (3) comprises at least one elastomer, at least one at 25 DEG C liquid polyolefin resin, and at least one inert mineral filler. The invention is also directed to a method for producing a sealing device, to amethod for waterproofing a substrate, to a fully-adhered roof system, and to use of an adhesive sealant composition for providing a self-healing roofing membrane.
