The water-saving device comprises a bottom plate, a water tank is installed at the top of the bottom plate, a filterbox is installed at the left side of the top of the water tank, a rainwater collecting hopper communicates with the left side of the top of the filter box, and a filter mechanism is arranged at the right side of an inner cavity of the filter box; rainwater can be collected through the rainwater collecting hopper, the collected rainwater enters an inner cavity of the water tank to be stored after being filtered by the filter mechanism in the inner cavity of the filter box, and when sprinkling irrigation is needed, a user takes down a water spraying connector from a supporting mechanism, and water in the water tank is conveyed to the water spraying connector through a water conveying mechanism; and a user unlocks a limiting mechanism and rotates a rotating head according to needs, so that the staggered positions of water outlets in two water blocking plates are changed, the water pressures entering an inner cavity of the rotating head through the water outlets are different, the water spraying distance of the rotating head can be adjusted, and the purposes of collecting rainwater and adjusting the water spraying distance can be achieved.
