The invention discloses a high-rise fire wounded person first-aid stairway which comprises a shell. A driving motor space is formed on the left side of the shell; a stairway chute is formed on the right side of the shell in the driving motor space; a device slides in the stairway chute; a main sliding block is in sliding connection into the stairway chute; and the shape of the main sliding block can enable the main sliding block to pass through a corner. The invention relates to the first-aid stairway. A sliding rail is formed in the stairway; a special first-aid stretcher for a wounded personis arranged on the sliding rail; the first-aid stretcher can be reversely stored in conventional time; the first-aid stretcher is opened when in use, the wounded person is placed on the first-aid stretcher to inhale oxygen in the stretcher, and the wounded person is automatically bound by a safety belt so as to prevent the wounded person from falling off; and the stretcher is isolated from the outside so as to prevent the wounded person from suffering from the secondary injury.
