The invention discloses an underwater leaked oil collecting device. The device comprises an oil collector, wherein an oil suction pump is arranged at the top of the oil collector, an oil outlet of theoil suction pump communicates with a leaked oil separate storage device through a pipeline, and the leaked oil separate storage device separately stores leaked oil conveyed by the oil suction pump. The device is light and small in structural design and low in manufacturing cost, realizes emergency underwater recovery of the leaked oil, is not affected by sea conditions, effectively prevents crudeoil from diffusing along with sea currents in the floating process, and stores the collected leaked oil in oil storage bags separately.
本发明公开了一种水下漏油收集装置，包括集油装置，所述集油装置的顶部设置有吸油泵，所述吸油泵的出油口通过管道与漏油分储装置连通，所述漏油分储装置将所述吸油泵输送过来的漏油分别储存。本发明的结构设计轻便化、小型化，造价成本低，实现漏油的应急水下回收，不受海况的影响，有效防止原油在上浮过程中随海流的扩散，并将收集到的漏油分储在储油袋。
