Method for preparing composite thermal insulation material by coating micro-nano powder
The invention provides a method for preparing a composite thermal insulation material by coating micro-nano powder. The method comprises: mixing prepared ceramic particle and fiber composite materialwith hydrophilic fumed silica and anti-thermal radiation powder in proportion, putting the mixture into a sealed high-speed pulverizer to be pulverized, compounding the materials with each other by utilizing a micro-nano powder surface coating principle, taking out the powder after cooling, putting the powder into an open stirrer for stirring, meanwhile, spraying a vaporous glue solution through asprayer to fully wet and uniformly stir the glue solution and the powder, then taking out the stirred material, putting the material into a mold, carrying out compression molding, and finally dryingby using a drying oven to obtain the final product. According to the invention, the stability of the material at high temperature is guaranteed, and the material has excellent heat insulation performance. The insulation board has the advantages of good insulation performance and high strength.The method is suitable for being applied to various high-temperature section heat insulation projects.
本发明提出的是一种利用微纳米粉体包敷制备复合绝热材料的方法。将制备好的陶瓷颗粒和纤维复合材料与亲水型气相二氧化硅和反热辐射粉按比例混合,一同放入密封式高速粉碎机中粉碎,利用微纳米粉体表面包覆原理使材料相互复合。冷却后取出粉料放入开放式搅拌器中进行搅拌,同时通过喷淋器喷淋雾状胶溶液以充分润湿并使胶液和粉料搅拌均匀。然后将搅拌完成的材料取出放入模具中压制成型,最后使用烘箱烘干即制得最终产品。本发明保障材料在高温下的稳定性同时,使其拥有优良的绝热保温性能。具有保温性能好,强度高的优点。适宜作为多种高温段绝热保温工程中应用。
