The invention discloses a straw fiber used for a recycled asphalt concrete pavement, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 200-300 parts of asphalt waste, 50-90 parts of straw fibers, 100-120 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of an aluminum hydroxide flame retardant, 20-30 parts of a curing agent, 10-20 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-20 parts of hydrochloric acid,5-10 parts of softening oil, 5-15 parts of ammonium chloride, 5-15 parts of calcium chloride, 15-25 parts of an antioxidant, 20-30 parts of emulsified asphalt, 10-20 parts of cement and 20-60 parts of a titanate coupling agent. By recycling the asphalt waste, resources are saved, meanwhile, the straw fibers are added into the asphalt waste, and the straw fibers are fully mixed with asphalt, so that the adhesiveness of the asphalt pavement is improved, and cracking of the asphalt pavement is reduced.
本发明公开了一种秸秆纤维用于再生沥青混凝土路面,包括按质量百分比计算,其原料的含量及组成如下:沥青废料200~300份、秸秆纤维50~90份、环氧树脂100~120份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂10~20份、固化剂20~30份、二氧化钛10~20份、盐酸5~20份、软化油5~10份、氯化铵5~15份、氯化钙5~15份、抗氧化剂15~25份、乳化沥青20~30份、水泥10~20份、钛酸酯偶联剂20~60份。本发明通过对沥青废料的重新利用,节约了资源,同时在沥青废料中,加入秸秆纤维,由秸秆纤维与沥青的充分混合,提高了沥青路面的黏合性,从而减少其开裂。
