Pervious concrete with biological water purification function and preparation method thereof
The invention provides pervious concrete with a biological water purification function. The pervious concrete is formed by loading biological membranes on the inner surface and the outer surface of apervious concrete matrix; the pervious concrete matrix is prepared from 16-20 parts of ecological cement, 65-75 parts of 5-10mm limestone gravel, 5-10 parts of 5-10mm inorganic porous gravel, 1-5 parts of an inorganic porous powder material, 0.4-0.6 parts of a moisturizing enhancer and 6-10 parts of water, the porosity is 15%-25%, and the pore alkalinity is lower than 10; the biological membranesare formed by biofilm culturing, growth and propagation of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria on the inner surface and the outer surface of the pervious concrete; and the bacterium loadingcapacity of the pervious concrete is that the total number of viable bacteria is greater than 8 billion/g. The invention also provides a method for preparing the pervious concrete. The pervious concrete is excellent in pervious performance, water purification performance and mechanical performance, and after the pervious concrete is used for water purification for 7 days, the removal rates of CODand ammonia nitrogen (NH4<+>-N) are 70% or above and 30% or above respectively.
