The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation process of magnesium oxychloride cement reinforced concrete for prefabricated anti-corrosion reinforcing steel bars. Aiming at the problems that steel bars prepared from existing concrete are poor in use performance and poor in crack resistance and seepage resistance, the following scheme is provided, namely the preparation process comprises the following steps of: S1, preparing concrete preparation raw materials; S2, treating the raw materials; and S3, mixing the raw materials are mixed, wherein the raw materials in the step S1 comprise cement, anti-corrosion and anti-cracking raw materials, waterproof and anti-seepage raw materials, magnesium oxychloride, rock, a defoaming agent, a catalyst and water, the anti-corrosion and anti-cracking raw materials comprise magnesium oxychloride, an ethylene oxide polymer, polypropylene fibers, rosin, citric acid, silicon nitride, polysiloxane, silicon carbide and silicon dioxide, and the waterproof and anti-seepage raw materials comprise micalex, boron carbide, gypsum powder, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum potassium sulfate, silica powder and zinc phosphate. The concrete is convenient to prepare, and the anti-cracking and anti-seepage performance of concrete preparation can be improved.
本发明属于混凝土制备技术领域,尤其是一种预制防腐钢筋的氯氧镁水泥钢筋混凝土的制备工艺,针对现有的混凝土制备的混凝土使用性能较差,抗裂和防渗性能较差的问题,现提出如下方案,其包以下步骤:S1:准备混凝土制备原料;S2:对原料进行处理;S3:对原料进行混合,S1中原料包括水泥、防腐抗裂原料、防水抗渗原料、氯氧镁、岩石、消泡剂、催化剂和水,防腐抗裂原料包括氯氧镁、环氧乙烷聚合物、聚丙烯纤维、松香、柠檬酸、氮化硅、聚硅氧烷、碳化硅和二氧化硅,防水抗渗原料包括云母石、碳化硼、石膏粉、氢氧化镁、硫酸铝钾、硅微粉和磷酸锌。本发明制备方便,可以提高混凝土制备的抗裂和防渗性能。
