According to the ferrite permanent magnet material, the replacement amount of combined ions in the material is increased in the presintering process, presintering is conducted under a sufficient oxidizing atmosphere, a proper presintering temperature is set, the permanent magnet ferrite M phase can befully generated, and better magnetic performance is obtained; and by controlling the granularity in the step of secondary ball milling, the production efficiency and the percent of pass of molding areimproved, and the sintered product has the characteristics of high residual magnetism, high coercive force and high intrinsic property, can meet the performance requirements of TDKFB12, and has popularization and application values.
