Fabricated concrete column splicing joint, construction method thereof and fabricated elevated station
The invention relates to an assembly type concrete column splicing joint, a construction method thereof and an assembly type elevated station. The joint construction method comprises the following steps: reserving outwards-extending longitudinal bars and outwards-extending profile steel at the connecting ends of a first component and a second component which are to be spliced; enabling the two ends of the connecting steel plate to be fixedly connected with the outwards-extending profile steel of the first component and the outwards-extending profile steel of the second component correspondingly; fixedly connecting the two ends of the connecting longitudinal bars with the outwards-extending longitudinal bars of the first component and the second component respectively, and fixing stirrups to the longitudinal bars to form a reinforcement cage framework; enabling a formwork to be supported around the reinforcement cage framework, forming an angle alpha between the formwork and the vertical direction, pouring concrete from an opening between the upper end of the formwork and the column wall of the second component, inserting a vibrator from the opening, and completing the vibrating compaction of the concrete; after the concrete is solidified, removing the formwork, and cutting off the redundant part protruding out of the column wall. The requirements for concrete compactness and strength of the joint area are met, and the requirement for convenient on-site construction is also met.
本发明涉及一种装配式混凝土柱拼接节点及其施工方法及装配式高架站,其节点施工方法,包括如下步骤:待拼接的第一构件与第二构件的连接端部均预留有外伸出的外伸纵筋、外伸型钢;将连接钢板的两端分别与第一构件、第二构件的外伸型钢固定连接;将连接纵筋的两端分别与第一构件、第二构件的外伸纵筋固定连接,将箍筋固定在纵筋上,形成钢筋笼骨架;围绕钢筋笼骨架支模板,模板与竖直方向呈α角度,从模板的上端与第二构件的柱壁之间的开口处灌注混凝土,将振动器从所述开口处插入,完成混凝土的振捣密实;待混凝土凝固后,拆除模板并切除凸出柱壁的多余部分。本发明既保证节点区域混凝土密实及强度要求,又满足了现场施工便捷的要求。
