The invention discloses a construction adit with the bifurcation tunnel. The construction adit comprises a construction adit body and a bifurcation tunnel body, wherein the construction adit body comprises a skew tunnel section, an adit section, a plugging section and a low tunnel portal; and the bifurcation tunnel body comprises a skew tunnel section, an adit section and a high tunnel portal. Oneend of the construction adit body is connected with a water conveyance tunnel, and the other end of the construction adit body is an outlet, namely the low tunnel portal, and the low tunnel portal communicates with a ground surface connecting road. One end of the bifurcation tunnel body is connected with the construction adit body, the other end of the bifurcation tunnel body is an outlet, namelythe high tunnel portal, and the elevation of the high tunnel portal is higher than the highest water level possibly reached in the water conveyance tunnel. And the bifurcation tunnel body is connected with the construction adit body at the adit section. The construction adit is high in utilization efficiency and good in terrain adaptability, the high tunnel portal of the bifurcation tunnel can beused as a surge shaft in the operation period and a access tunnel in the overhaul period, the low tunnel portal is used for deslagging and drainage in the construction period, and the requirement forconstruction convenience can be met.
