Double-layer open-cut tunnel and watertight door structure of double-layer void compartment access manhole thereof
The invention provides a double-layer void compartment access system of a double-layer open-cut tunnel and a watertight door structure of an access hole. The double-layer open-cut tunnel comprises structural side walls, a structural top plate, a structural bottom plate and a structural middle plate, wherein the structural middle plate is horizontally arranged between the structural side walls on both sides. The tunnel is divided into a void compartment and a travelling crane layer by the structural middle plate, the access hole is formed in the structural middle plate, maintenance personnel can enter the double-layer void compartment for maintenance, and the watertight door structure is installed at the bottom end of the access hole. A drainage pipe is pre-buried in the tunnel side wall beside the access hole as a preferential drainage measure, and water in the void compartment can be drained into a tunnel drainage ditch through the drainage pipe. A water retaining ridge is arranged atthe upper edge of the access hole as a second water blocking measure, the water in the void compartment can be prevented from flowing into the access hole, and a watertight door can play a final water blocking role. Obviously, the water drainage pipe, the water retaining ridge and the watertight door are arranged, so that the problems that the passage of a vehicle is influenced, and the tunnel side wall is washed due to water leakage of the access hole are effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种双层明挖隧道二层空舱检修系统及检修孔的水密门结构。双层明挖隧道包括结构侧墙、结构顶板、结构底板以及水平设置在两侧结构侧墙之间的结构中板。结构中板将隧道分隔成空舱以及行车层,结构中板上开设有检修孔,检修人员可进入二层空舱检修,检修孔的底端安装有水密门结构。检修孔旁隧道侧墙内预埋排水管,作为优先排水措施,可供空舱内的水通过排水管排入隧道排水沟内。检修孔上缘设置有挡水坎作为第二道阻水措施,可以阻止空舱内的水流入检修孔内,水密门可起到最后的阻水作用。可见,本发明通过设置排水管、挡水坎以及水密门,有效地解决了因检修孔漏水而影响车辆通行以及冲刷隧道侧墙的问题。
