The invention relates to a prefabricated double-skin wall structure of a prefabricated superimposed assembly type pipe gallery and a seam structure. The double-skin wall comprises a prefabricated inner plate and a prefabricated outer plate; the prefabricated inner plate and the prefabricated outer plate are arranged in a translation and staggered mode in the length direction of a pipe gallery section; the structure of the overlapped part of the prefabricated inner plate and the prefabricated outer plate is the same as that of a conventional double-skin wall, namely, the prefabricated inner plate and the prefabricated outer plate are connected through main ribs and opposite-pull truss ribs; and the lower parts of main reinforcements of the staggered parts of the prefabricated inner plate and the prefabricated outer plate are cut off, and lap joints are reserved and are used for corresponding binding and lap joint when double-skin walls of adjacent pipe gallery sections are spliced end to end. The double-skin wall structure is good in impermeability, bending resistance, tensile strength and crack resistance, can be prefabricated on a large scale, and is high in on-site assembly construction efficiency.
