Flexible pile concrete strain gauge embedding device and method
The invention provides a flexible pile concrete strain gauge embedding device and method. The device comprises a steel pipe sleeve, a steel sharp head, a sharp head sleeve, a steel wire, a steel hexagon head bolt and a concrete strain gauge positioning steel bar. According to the flexible pile concrete strain gauge embedding device, circular holes are formed in the upper portion of the steel pipesleeve, and the lower portion of the steel pipe sleeve is inserted into the steel sharp head in a bearing mode. The steel sharp head is formed by welding a cross-shaped wall protection steel plate andthe inner wall of the steel sharp head, the circular holes are formed in the two sides of the upper portion of the cross-shaped wall protection steel plate, and a groove is formed in the top of a steel plate. One end of the steel wire penetrates through the circular holes above the cross-shaped wall protection steel plate in the steel sharp head, extends out of the steel pipe sleeve and is connected with the steel hexagonal head bolt in a bound mode, and the steel hexagonal head bolt is fixed in a positioning hole above the steel pipe sleeve. The steel pipe sleeve and the steel sharp head areassembled into a whole by tensioning the steel wire, and separation of the steel pipe sleeve and the steel sharp head is achieved by loosening the steel wire. According to the flexible pile concretestrain gauge embedding method, a concrete strain gauge can be embedded through simple operation, and the embedding difficulty of the concrete strain gauge is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种柔性桩混凝土应变计埋设装置及方法,所述装置包括一根钢管套筒、钢制尖头、尖头套筒、钢丝、钢制六角头螺栓、混凝土应变计定位钢筋。所述的一种柔性桩混凝土应变计埋设装置,钢管套管上方加工有圆型孔洞,钢管套管下部承插入在钢制尖头中。所述钢制尖头采用十字护壁钢板与钢制尖头内壁焊接而成,十字护壁钢板上方两侧加工有圆型孔洞,钢板顶部开有凹槽。所述钢丝一端穿过钢制尖头内部十字护壁钢板上方的圆型孔洞,并通过钢管套管内部伸出并与钢制六角头螺栓绑扎连接,钢制六角头螺栓固定在钢管套管上方的定位孔中。所述钢管套管与钢制尖头通过张紧钢丝组装成一个整体,通过放松钢丝实现钢管套筒和钢制尖头的分离。本发明提供的一种柔性桩混凝土应变计埋设方法,通过简单操作即可实现混凝土应变计的埋设,极大程度减小了混凝土应变计的埋设难度。

The invention provides a flexible pile concrete strain gauge embedding device and method.
