The invention relates to an intelligent real-time deep foundation pit monitoring inclinometer based on solar power supply and a method thereof. An inclinometer body and a 4G module are arranged in a waterproof protection box, the inclinometer body is electrically connected with the 4G module through an RS485 interface, both the inclinometer body and the 4G module are electrically connected with astorage and control integrated lithium battery, and the other end of the storage and control integrated lithium battery is electrically connected with a solar panel; the 4G module is externally connected with an antenna; and the 4G module is connected with an antenna. Dynamic display of real-time monitoring data can be achieved, precision is high, manufacturing cost is low, the structure is simple, and installation is convenient.
