The invention discloses a closestool foaming module fixing device and a closestool with the same. The device comprises a fixed frame, and a mixing box, an air pump mounting chamber, a liquid suction pump mounting chamber and a foaming liquid mounting chamber are arranged at the upper end of the fixing frame; and a stud is arranged at the lower end of the fixed frame. By using the closestool foaming module fixing device provided by the invention, when the foaming module is mounted for a closestool, all parts of the foaming module can be mounted in a centralized manner, so that the foaming module is convenient to mount, and disorder of water pipes caused by dispersion of the parts is effectively avoided. Due to the fact that all parts of the foaming module are installed on the fixing devicein a centralized mode, foaming liquid does not need to be installed in the toilet bowl base, a hole does not need to be formed in the toilet bowl rear shell to add the foaming liquid, and damage to the structure of the toilet bowl rear shell due to installation of the foaming module is avoided; moreover, a foaming bottle on the fixed frame can be taken out flexibly, thereby facilitating the addingof foaming subsequently.
