The sludge collecting device comprises a frame body assembly, a filtering assembly, a feeding assembly, a plate turnover mechanism and a vibration mechanism, wherein the frame body assembly comprises a bottom frame, a supporting mechanism and four damping mechanisms, the filtering assembly comprises a filtering shell and a filtering mechanism, the feeding assembly comprises a feeding mechanism, a feeding pipe and a feeding shell, the feeding pipe is fixedly arranged at one end of the outer side of the filtering shell, the length direction of the plate turnover mechanism is kept consistent with that of the filtering assembly, the output direction of the vibration mechanism is perpendicular to the length direction of the plate turnover mechanism, and sludge is conveyed into the filtering assembly through the feeding assembly. Sludge of different particle specifications is filtered in batches through filter holes of different specifications of a filter cylinder and falls onto a screening funnel, the sludge is vibrated to slide out of the screening hopper under the action of exciting force of a vibration motor, solid garbage in the sludge rolls out of a drain outlet of the filter cylinder to be collected, and the feeding assembly, the filtering assembly and the vibration mechanism are tightly connected, so that automatic operation of sludge filtering is realized.
