The invention relates to the field of concrete, in particular to a concrete prefabricated part. The concrete prefabricated part comprises a component, a transmission mechanism is arranged on the component, a first clamping mechanism is arranged at the top end of the transmission mechanism, and a second clamping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the transmission mechanism. When the concrete prefabricated part is used, firstly, a positioning rod and a mounting rod are aligned with a positioning groove and a mounting hole correspondingly; then the component descends downwards, and the component can rotate through meshing of the transmission gear and the first rack during descending; the transmission gear drives a transmission block to descend downwards through meshing of the transmissiongear and a second rack, when the transmission block descends, the mounting rod is pushed downwards into a mounting groove, and meanwhile, a first spring pushes a fixing block and a fixing rod to moveoutwards into a first clamping groove; and then the adjacent components are clamped and limited through clamping connection between the fixing rod and the first clamping groove and clamping connection between the mounting rod and the mounting groove, and thus, deviation between the components can be avoided.
