The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a corner overhanging structure and a building structure. The corner overhanging structure comprises two corner stand columns, at leastone arch-shaped support frame and a first corner truss, wherein the top ends of the two corner stand columns are connected through the first corner truss, the two ends of each arch-shaped support frame are connected with the two corner stand columns respectively, and the top end of each arch-shaped support frame is connected with the first corner truss. According to the technical scheme, the overhanging structure comprises the arch-shaped support frames, the arch-shaped support frames have the advantages of being high in spanning capacity and force transmission efficiency, and meanwhile compared with an existing corner overhanging structure, the occupied space of the arch-shaped support frames is smaller. Therefore, on the premise that the arch-shaped support frames meet the supporting requirement, the influence of the corner overhanging structure on the indoor space, functional arrangement, building lighting and appearance effect of a building is further reduced.
