The invention discloses a prefabricated external wall panel. The prefabricated external wall panel comprises a fiber cement board layer, a thermal insulation material layer, a reinforced concrete structure layer and a connecting piece, wherein the fiber cement board layer, the thermal insulation material layer and the reinforced concrete structure layer are sequentially arranged in a laminated mode, the connecting piece is fixed on the fiber cement board layer, penetrates through the thermal insulation material layer and is embedded and anchored in the reinforced concrete structure layer, an autwards-extending anchoring steel bar is embedded in the reinforced concrete structure layer, one end of the outwards-extending anchoring steel bar is embedded in the reinforced concrete structure layer, and the other end of the outwards-extending anchoring steel bar extends out and extends in the direction of a floor slab. Due to the fact that the outer layer adopts the fiber cement board layer,is fixed to the fiber cement board layer through the connecting piece, penetrates through the thermal insulation material layer and is embedded and anchored into the reinforced concrete structure layer, the overall thickness of an external wall panel body is effectively reduced, and meanwhile the structural strength of the external wall panel body is guaranteed, an outer wall system formed by assembling the fiber cement board layer, the thermal insulation material layer, the reinforced concrete structure layer and the connecting piece has small contribution to the load of a building main body,reduces the requirements on a house foundation, has low plane coefficient, occupies small indoor space of a house, and is simple in production process and high in production efficiency.
