The system has the advantages that the secondary keel adopts the circular pipe to replace a square pipe to realize space distortion, an adapting piece adopts an adjustable hoop form, the front-back, left-right and 360-degree adjustment can be performed, the mounting precision of panels with different angles isensured, the problem that existing complex modeling cannot be met according to a conventional manufacturing and fixing mode in the installation process of a multi-curved-surface curtain wall can be well solved, the turning angle and flatness of an aluminum veneer are well controlled in a multi-curved-surface aluminum veneer mode, and therefore the installation precision and appearance quality of the special-shaped aluminum veneer curtain wall are well guaranteed.
本发明提供一种多曲面金属板幕墙安装系统，包括：主龙骨、支座组件、次龙骨、抱箍组件和U形扣组件；支座组件固定在主龙骨上；次龙骨为圆管，固定在支座组件上；抱箍组件包括公扣、母扣、抱箍螺栓和抱箍螺母。其优点在于通过次龙骨采用圆管，代替方管实现空间扭曲，转接件采用可调节抱箍形式，可进行前后左右及360°的调节，保证不同角度的面板安装精度，能够较好的解决多曲面幕墙安装过程中按照常规的制作与固定方式无法满足现有复杂造型的问题，通过多曲面铝单板的方式较好的控制铝单板的转折角度和平整度，从而很好的保证了异型铝单板幕墙的安装精度和外观质量。
