The invention discloses an assembly method of an H-shaped steel combined special-shaped beam column steel frame structure. The assembly method comprises the steps that 1, prefabrication preparation isconducted; 2, a bottom-layer special-shaped beam column steel frame is assembled; and 3, the non-bottom-layer special-shaped beam column steel frame is assembled. The special-shaped columns and the special-shaped beams are formed by directly adopting the hot-rolled H-shaped steel, the steel frame is formed, except that structural components of the special-shaped columns on the bottom layer are suggested to be connected through welding seams, the frame columns, the frame beams and the beam columns on the other layers are connected through high-strength bolts with extremely high assembly rate,disassembly and assembly are convenient, and the assembly rate is high. Meanwhile, part of limbs can be replaced conveniently after the structure is damaged by earthquakes, and compared with welding of hot-rolled H-shaped steel and split T-shaped steel, the branches of the special-shaped column are in planar contact, the self-stability is good, and welding can be completed without the assistance of an additional assembling mechanism.
本发明公开了一种H型钢组合异形梁柱钢框架结构装配方法,包括步骤:一、预制准备;二、底层异形梁柱钢框架的装配;三、非底层异形梁柱钢框架的装配。本发明直接采用热轧H型钢组成异形柱和异形梁,并组成钢框架,除底层异形柱结构构件建议采用焊缝连接外,其余各层框架柱、框架梁和梁柱连接都采用装配率极高的高强度螺栓连接,拆装便利,装配率高,同时也便于结构遭受地震破坏后更换部分肢件,与热轧H型钢和剖分T型钢的焊接相比,异形柱分肢间都是平面接触,自稳定性好,不需要额外的组立机构辅助就可完成焊接。
