The invention discloses temporary anti-toppling device for a steel beam. The device comprises a scaffold body used for supporting the steel beam, a pair of reinforcing assemblies, and at least one connection assembly. The reinforcing assemblies are arranged at the two opposite ends of the steel beam; each reinforcing assembly comprises a positioning part and a reinforcing part; the positioning parts and the reinforcing parts are arranged at the two opposite sides of the steel beam; the positioning parts and the reinforcing parts are detachably connected with the scaffold body and clamp the steel beam between the positioning parts and the reinforcing parts; each of the connecting assemblies is used for connecting the multiple steel beams and comprises a plurality of pairs of clamping partsand a connecting part; each pair of clamping parts is located in the middle section of the corresponding steel beam, arranged at the two opposite sides of the corresponding steel beam and detachably connected with the scaffold body; and the connecting part stretches across the multiple steel beams and is detachably connected with the multiple pairs of clamping parts. The positioning parts and thereinforcing parts are arranged, so that the steel beam is conveniently in place and prevented from laterally moving. The clamping parts and the connecting parts are arranged, so that the steel beams are prevented from toppling over, several adjacent steel beams are better connected, construction is facilitated, and the lateral stability of the steel beams is ensured.
