A plurality of internal temperature sensing mechanisms for sensing and detecting heat insulation gaps are arranged on the inner side of an indoor mounting interlayer plate; a plurality of gap heating mechanisms are mounted on the inner side of the indoor mounting interlayer plate; a plurality of external temperature sensing mechanismsfor sensing and detecting the indoor temperature are arranged on the outer side of the indoor mounting interlayer plate; and an internal heating mechanism mounted on the indoor side surface of the building wall body is arranged on the inner peripheral side of a first internal heat insulation frame box. According to the invention, the temperature rise operation of the building wall body is efficiently realized in a linear manner, the loss of indoor air temperature and heat is reduced, and the heat equalization distribution of the whole stepped heating on the indoor side of the building wall body is also ensured.
