The high-performance steel-slag-compounded admixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65-75 wt% of steel slag powder and 25-35 wt% of superfine slag powder. The mixing amount of the high-performance steel-slag-compounded admixture in cement is 10-50 wt% in percentage by mass. According to the invention, a series of environmental problems caused by long-term stacking of steel slag can be solved, the early compressive strength of cement is remarkably improved, compressive strengthis hardly reduced after complete curing, and expansion stress is small.
