The invention relates to the technical field of steel ladle slag resistance of refractory materials, in particular to an environment-friendly regenerated magnesia carbon brick and a preparation methodthereof. According to the technical scheme, 18.0-33.0 wt% of 5-3 mm magnesia carbon brick regenerated particles, 22.0-37.0 wt% of 3-1 mm magnesia carbon brick regenerated particles, 15.0-30.0 wt% of1-0 mm magnesia carbon brick regenerated particles and 17.0-32.0 wt% of magnesia carbon brick regenerated micro powder with the particle size smaller than or equal to 0.074 mm are adopted as raw materials, and 2.6-3.8 wt% of liquid thermosetting phenolic resin binder, 0.5-3.5 wt% of boron carbide and 0.2-3.8 wt% flake graphite are added. The method comprises steps: uniformly mixing, homogenizing,carrying out compression molding, heating to 150-300 DEG C, and carrying out heat treatment for 24 hours to obtain the regenerated magnesia carbon brick. The novel preparation method of the regenerated magnesia carbon brick has the advantages that the regenerated magnesia carbon brick prepared by the preparation method is high in slag resistance, good in thermal shock resistance, low in molten steel pollution and positive in steelmaking, and the energy utilization rate can be increased.
本发明涉及耐火材料钢包抗渣技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型再生镁碳砖及其制备方法。本发明采用的技术方案是:采用18.0‑33.0wt%的5‑3mm镁碳砖再生颗粒料,22.0‑37.0wt%的3‑1mm的镁碳砖再生颗粒料,15.0‑30.0wt%的1‑0mm镁碳砖再生颗粒料,17.0‑32.0wt%的≤0.074mm镁碳砖再生微粉为原料,外加2.6‑3.8wt%液态热固性酚醛树脂结合剂,0.5‑3.5wt%碳化硼和0.2‑3.8wt%鳞片石墨抗氧化剂,混合均匀并均化处理,压制成型,升温至150‑300℃热处理24h,即得再生镁碳砖。本发明的优点是:一种新的再生镁碳砖的制备方法,通过本制备方法所得到的再生镁碳砖能够具有抗渣能力强,热震稳定性好,对钢水污染小,对炼钢有积极作用,能够提高能源利用率。
