Novel building backfill material
The invention discloses a novel building backfill material. The novel building backfill material comprises a base material, a cementing material, an additive and water. The backfill material has the beneficial effects that a foundation pit fertilizer groove can be densely filled without vibration by means of self fluidity, initial setting of the backfill material can be completed within 12 hours by means of hydration reaction of the cementing material, and the strength of the backfill material after initial setting is enough to provide a working surface for subsequent backfill. Compared with atraditional foundation pit backfill process, the novel backfill material does not need vibrating and tamping, and the backfill efficiency and quality are obviously superior to those of the traditional process.
本发明公开了一种新型建筑回填材料,包括基料、胶凝材料、外加剂和水。本发明的有益效果是:依靠自身流动性,无需振捣即可在基坑肥槽内填充密实,依靠胶凝材料水化反应,回填材料12小时内能够完成初凝,初凝后回填材料强度足够为后续回填提供工作面。与传统基坑回填工艺相比,新型回填材料无需振捣和夯实,回填工效和质量明显优于传统工艺。
