Quick-hardening support-free permanent template frame and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a quick-hardening support-free permanent template frame and a preparation method thereof. The frame comprises a template, reinforcing steel bars and oppositely-pulling connecting pieces, where the materials of the template comprise cement, natural sand, silica fume, a retarder, polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder, a defoaming agent, rubber powder and an accelerator. Theframe has the beneficial effects that the permanent template has a thickness of 20 mm and higher strength, so the distance between the oppositely-pulling connecting pieces can be set to be 30 cm, andthus, the number of the connecting pieces can be reduced to a large extent, and the cost of the oppositely-pulling connecting pieces is reduced; the frame is high in fluidity and capable of achievingself-leveling, vibration is not needed during template forming, and thus, the requirements of building industrialization are met in the aspects of saving field labor, reducing turnover materials andthe like; the situation that each wall has 2-5 templates and the production efficiency of a permanent template component is difficult to improve due to slow hardening of a common cement-based templateis overcome; and through usage of the quick-hardening template material, pressure resistance can reach 20 MPa or above within 2 h, and component production efficiency can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种快硬免支撑永久模板框架及其制备方法,包括模板、钢筋、对拉连接件,模板材料包括水泥、天然砂、硅灰、缓凝剂、聚羧酸减水剂粉剂、消泡剂、胶粉、速凝剂。本发明的有益效果是:该永久模板厚度为20mm,具有更高的强度,可以使对拉连接件间距设置为30cm,能够很大程度上降低连接件的数量,降低对拉连接件成本。流动度大,可自流平,模板成型时无需振捣,在节省现场人工、节省周转料等方面适应了建筑工业化的需求,由于每块墙体模板有2~5块,普通水泥基模板由于硬化较慢很难提升永久模板构件生产效率,使用快硬型模板材料能达到2h抗压20MPa以上,能极大提高构件生产效率。
