Facing mortar with adjustable humidity and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses facing mortar with adjustable humidity. The facing mortar comprises the following components: 5-20 parts of polymer surface grafted diatomite, 30-60 parts of cement, 2-10 partsof gypsum, 0.5-5 part of latex powder, 30-50 parts of quartz sand, 0.2-1 part of cellulose ether and 0.2-0.7 part of pigment. The polymer surface grafted diatomite is prepared by the following steps:(1) roasting diatomite; (2) carrying out alkali treatment on the calcined diatomite; and (3) grafting diatomite on the surface of the polymer. The diatomite is subjected to polymer modification through a surface grafting technology, so that the adsorption performance of the surface of the mortar is remarkably enhanced, and the effect of regulating and controlling the humidity is achieved; ordinary Portland cement and aluminate cement are compounded, so that the early strength of the mortar is improved, and the later strength of the mortar is also developed; the latex powder is added, so thatthe bonding performance of the mortar and a bottom-layer wall body is effectively improved, and the mortar is prevented from falling off and stripping from a base layer.
