The invention provides a damping-capacity-adjustable passive shock absorber for bridge construction. The passive shock absorber comprises a bottom plate, a mounting cavity is formed in the bottom plate, a motor is arranged in the mounting cavity, a top plate is arranged above the bottom plate, and a piston rod is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate through a bolt; throughthe arrangement of the motor, the piston rod, a rotating rod, a first through hole, a piston, a shell and engine oil, the interior of the shell is divided into two oil cavities through the piston, when a bridge is vibrated, the shell is extruded downwards to slide relative to the piston, vibration energy is absorbed under the pressure difference effect of the two oil cavities, the motor is started, the motor drives the rotating rod to rotate, the overlapping area of the first through hole and a round hole in one side of the rotating rod is changed, then the flow of engine oil between the two oil cavities is changed, the pressure difference of the two oil cavities is changed, damping is regulated and controlled, the passive shock absorber can adapt to different using environments conveniently, and the service life of the bridge is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种可调控阻尼能力的桥梁建筑用被动减震器,包括底板,所述底板的内部设置有安装腔,所述安装腔的内部设置有电机,所述底板的上方设置有顶板,所述底板的上表面通过螺栓固定连接有活塞杆,本发明通过电机、活塞杆、转动杆、第一通孔、活塞、外壳、机油的设置,通过活塞将外壳的内部分为两个油腔,在桥梁受到震动时,向下挤压外壳,使外壳相对与活塞进行滑动,在两个油腔的压差作用下对震动能量进行吸收,启动电机,使电机带动转动杆进行转动,改变第一通孔与转动杆一侧的圆孔的重合面积,进而改变两个油腔之间机油的流量大小,进而改变两个油腔的压差,实现对阻尼进行调控,便于适应不同的使用环境,延长桥梁的使用寿命。
