The invention discloses a spraying maintenance device for roads and bridges. The spraying maintenance device comprises a fixing base, a water tank, a water pump, angle adjusting equipment and a cleaning assembly. The water tank is arranged on the fixing base and located between fixing blocks, and the water pump is arranged on the water tank, communicated with the water tank and provided with a connecting pipe. A rotating ring is slidably arranged on a transmission box and connected with a rotating disc, a first rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating disc and rotatably connected with the fixing base, and a first bevel gear is arranged on the first rotating shaft; a second rotating shaft is rotationally arranged on the transmission box, a second bevel gear is arranged on the second rotating shaft, and the first bevel gear is in engaged transmission connection with the second bevel gear; a fixed column is rotationally arranged on a fixed plate; and a connector is arranged on the fixedcolumn and is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the connecting pipe. A water spraying pipe can be adjusted in a multi-angle mode according to maintenance requirements, fine cleaning and maintenance are conducted, meanwhile, dirt in a maintenance area is cleaned and stacked through the cleaning assembly, centralized treatment is facilitated, the effect is good, the operation is easy, andthe application range is wider.
