The invention relates to the related field of railway locomotives, and discloses a locomotive device capable of automatically compressing and throwing accumulated snow between railway tracks. The locomotive device comprises a locomotive carriage, a snow shoveling opening with a leftward opening is formed in the locomotive carriage, a snow shoveling knife is fixedly connected to the lower end wallof the snow shoveling opening, and an extrusion cavity is formed in the right side of the snow shoveling opening in a communicating manner; the right side of the extrusion cavity communicates with a snow spraying cavity penetrating through the locomotive carriage front and back. According to the locomotive device, the accumulated snow which is originally accumulated in the track can be cleaned, the accumulated snow is collected in a mechanical mode, then extrusion operation is conducted, the size of the accumulated snow is reduced, and then the compressed accumulated snow is evenly thrown awaytowards the two sides of the track, the accumulated snow is uniformly thrown to the two sides, so that the accumulated snow is prevented from being dumped into the rail again after being accumulatedto a single side, meanwhile, the accumulated snow is compressed firstly, the volume occupied by the accumulated snow is greatly reduced, and subsequent manual secondary cleaning of the accumulated snow is omitted.
