The invention discloses a construction method of a waterproof and wind-resistant roof system without a cold bridge and a sound bridge. The construction method is characterized in that the waterproof and wind-resistant roof system without the cold bridge and the sound bridge comprises a decorative surface layer, a decorative surface layer keel, a stand column, a waterproof coiled material, foam glass, pressed steel and a purline, and comprises the following steps that step one, the decorative surface layer, the decorative surface layer keel and the stand column are connected to the waterproof coiled material; step two, a metal disc is arranged in the foam glass, a gap between the metal disc and the foam glass is filled with hot melt asphalt, the metal disc and the foam glass form a whole, and therefore the force transmission effect is achieved; step three, an anchor rod is arranged in the middle of the metal disc, and the metal disc is fixedly connected with the pressed steel through the anchor rod; and step four, a water rolling sectional material is connected with the foam glass, and then the pressed steel is connected with the purline to form a stable system. The construction method has the advantages that a roof structure is free of cold bridge and sound bridge phenomena and excellent in waterproof and wind-resistant functions, and the decorative layer can transmit force tothe roof structure through a supporting component without penetrating through the roof structure.
