本发明提供一种具有屋顶角度智能调节功能的建筑体,涉及建筑施工技术领域,以解决可调节倾斜度的太阳能遮阳屋面在遇到恶劣天气,强风在吹动太阳能电池板时,会发生强烈震动,导致太阳能电池板使用寿命降低;而且上述可调节倾斜度的太阳能遮阳屋面,缺少合理的雨水回收利用机构,雨水得不到有效利用的问题,包括建筑主体,所述建筑主体底端设有地基座。本发明中由于插杆通过焊接的方式与光伏板固定连接,插杆底端固定连接有连接头,插杆上套装有减震弹簧,在光伏板收放到房屋顶板上时,利用支撑组件支撑在光伏板和房屋顶板之间,并且插杆上设置了减震弹簧,在遇到强风天气时,能够减少光伏板的震动幅度,从而避免太阳能电池板受损。
