The invention provides a cylinder wall construction method of a large-diameter reinforced concrete cylinder and a cylinder wall formwork structure, and relates to the field of building construction. The cylinder wall construction method comprises the following steps that cylinder wall side formworks are machined and manufactured into a shaping formwork, an operation platform triangular support anda hanging bracket, and construction of the whole cylinder wall structure is completed by repeatedly formwork supporting, mounting, formwork removing and dismounting. The method is simple and easy tolearn and master, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction quality is better guaranteed. Besides, in the cylinder wall formwork structure, the shaping formwork is adopted for formwork supporting, the high transferring rate of the formwork is guaranteed, the working efficiency is also improved, and the construction progress is accelerated; and because the seam covering measure is adopted for formwork spliced seams, the surface quality of concrete is well guaranteed. A steel pipe scaffold is replaced by the operation platform formed by splicing the triangular support attached to awall, the erecting cost of a steel pipe frame is saved, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种大直径钢筋混凝土圆筒体的筒壁施工方法及筒壁模板结构,涉及建筑施工领域。其方法是通过把筒壁侧模板加工制作成定型模板、作业平台三角架和吊架,经过反复支模安装拆模拆装来完成整个筒壁结构的施工。该方法简单易学、易于掌握,降低了施工成本,且施工质量有了更好的保证。此外,本发明筒壁模板结构中,采用定型模板支模,保证了模板较高的周转率,也提高了工作效率,加快了施工进度;且由于模板拼缝采用了盖缝措施,使得混凝土的表面质量得到了很好的保证。采用三角架附墙拼成的作业平台,取代了钢管脚手架,节省了钢管架的搭设费用,大幅度降低了施工成本。
