In order to effectively shorten the construction period of the whole special-shaped curved surface building and reduce the construction cost of the special-shaped curved surface building, the invention provides a method for erecting a bare concrete formwork with a special-shaped curved surface. The method comprises the following steps of (1) performing three-dimensional building modeling accordingto special-shaped curved surface structure information; (2) segmenting the curved surface building appearance according to the building curved surface shape information and the standard wood formworksize in a model, so that a wood formwork plane display graph is obtained, and the corresponding wood formwork size is determined and numbered; and (3) designing the positions of vertical rods in thethree-dimensional building information model according to the spacing requirements of the vertical rods of a formwork support frame, and generating the coordinate positions and lengths of the verticalrods. According to the method, segmented wood formwork are adopted to erect the model, factory machining does not need to be waited, in the mode, the construction period of the whole special-shaped curved surface building is shortened, and the construction cost of the special-shaped curved surface building is reduced.
为了能够有效的缩短整个异形曲面建筑的建造周期以及降低异形曲面建筑的建造成本,本发明提供一种异形曲面清水混凝土模板支设方法,包括如下步骤第一步:根据异形曲面结构信息进行三维建筑建模;第二步:依据模型中建筑曲面形状信息及标准木模板尺寸,对曲面建筑外观进行分割,从而得到木模板平面展示图,确定对应的木模板尺寸,并对其进行编号;第三步:随后根据模板支撑架立杆的间距要求,在三维建筑信息模型中设计立杆位置,生成立杆坐标位置以及长度。本发明的采用分割好的木模板进行模型的搭设工作,无需等待工厂加工,采用此种方式不但缩短了整个异形曲面建筑的建造周期,并且还降低了异形曲面建筑的建造成本。
