The concrete pouring device comprises a machine body, a stirring box is installed at the bottom of the interior of the machine body, a motor is installed at the top of the machine body, an output shaft of the motor penetrates through the top of the machine body to the interior of the stirring box, a plurality of stirring rods are symmetrically installed on the output shaft of the machine body, a scraping plate is fixed to the tail end of each stirring rod, a through hole is formed in the side face of the machine body, an irrigation pipe is installed at the bottom of the side face of the machine body, one end of the irrigation pipe penetrates through the through hole, and the irrigation pipe communicates with the interior of the stirring box. The concrete pouring device is convenient to move and clean.
