The construction method includes the steps of step 1, construction exploration; step 2, prefabricating and constructing; step 3, wall body processing; step 4, building construction; and step 5, operation and maintenance. In the step 1, a construction site is surveyed manually, the geological condition of the construction site is detected, and proper construction materials are selected according to the geological condition; the appearance of the building is drawn by using drawing software according to user requirements, and the materials required by the building are calculated; and in the step 2, a foundation is excavated manually according to the drawing drawn in the step 1, reinforcing steel bars are erected, and soil is removed around the reinforcing steel bars. According to the construction method of the environment-friendly building, concrete is made of building waste, and an outer wall is machined through large-hole dense dicing, so that the heat preservation and insulation effect is good; and an inner wall is machined through gypsum dicing, so that the phenomena of formwork expansion and slurryleakage are avoided, the materials are low in price and free of pollution, environment protection is facilitated, and the construction method is suitable for different building constructions.
