The invention provides a longitude and latitude axis net square column quick setting-out method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, determining intersection coordinates of a latitude line with the minimum radius and a longitude line and intersection coordinates of a latitude line with the maximum radius and a longitude line; 2, drawing a longitude line passing through the two intersection coordinates according to the two intersection coordinates; 3, determining the intersection point of a latitude line and a longitude line between the latitude line with the minimum radius and the latitude line with the maximum radius, and drawing a tangent line of the latitude line passing through the intersection point according to the intersection point; and 4, releasing the side boundary of asquare column according to the position relationship between the square column above the intersection point and the tangent line and the longitude line.
