The scraper comprises a device body; an ash scraping cavity with a rightward opening is formed in the right side of the device body; an ash scraping mechanism is arranged in the ash scraping cavity and comprises an ash scraping blade shaft rotationally connected with the left wall of the ash scraping cavity; an ash scraping bladebase is fixedly connected with the right end of the ash scraping blade shaft; ash scraping blades are arranged on the outer circle face of the ash scraping blade base in an annular array mode; a sleeve cavity is formed in the left side of the ash scraping cavity; and a sleeve sliding block is connected with the inner wall of the sleeve cavity in a left-right sliding mode. The anti-ash-falling decoration wall scraper can automatically adhere to the wall so that the scraper can fully scrape off the wall skin, and can collect the dust from the scraped wall skin to reduce the pressure of cleaning; meanwhile, the situation that workers inhale too much dust, and adverse effects are generated on the body can be prevented; and meanwhile, the scraper can be preliminarily wetted before dust scraping, so that the dust scraping process can be easier, and meanwhile wall dust residues are reduced.
