The invention discloses a window mechanism with real-time adjustable light transmittance. The window mechanism is composed of window frames, double-layer hollow glass fixed between the two window frames, a film rolling shaft arranged at the upper end of the double-layer hollow glass and a tightening shaft arranged at the bottom end of the double-layer hollow glass, wherein one end of the film rolling shaft is connected with a motor through a synchronous belt, the other end of the film rolling shaft is connected with a locking device, guiding shafts are arranged between the double-layer hollowglass and the film rolling shaft and between the double-layer hollow glass and the tightening shaft, the motor drives the film rolling shaft to rotate through the synchronous belt so as to change a light-transmitting film in the double-layer hollow glass, and therefore the light-transmitting state of the window is adjusted. According to the window mechanism with the real-time adjustable light transmittance, by means of the sun shading performance of different kinds of light transmitting layers and the rotation characteristic of a torsional spring, real-time automatic adjustment of the light transmittance of a window is achieved, the structure is simple, assembling is easy, the manufacturing cost of the mechanism is effectively reduced, and the window mechanism is suitable for being used invarious occasions.
