The invention discloses a ceramic tube sleeving sealing structure based on an oxygen probe and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic tube sleeving sealing structure comprises a high-aluminum tubeand a zirconium oxide tube inserted into the end of the high-aluminum tube, wherein a sealing device is arranged between the zirconium oxide tube and the high-aluminum tube, and the sealing device comprises high-temperature ceramic glue and a ceramic glaze coating, the high-temperature ceramic glue is filled in a gap between the tube walls of the high-aluminum tube and the zirconium oxide tube, the ceramic glaze coating is located at the end of the high-aluminum tube and connected with the zirconium oxide tube, and the ceramic glaze coating is annularly arranged and wholly covers the end faceof the high-temperature ceramic glue. During manufacture, a centering auxiliary rod is put in the high-aluminum tube in a limited mode, then the zirconium oxide tube is inserted into the high-aluminumtube, the high-temperature ceramic glue is filled in the gap between the zirconium oxide tube and the high-aluminum tube from a tube opening at the connecting position of the high-aluminum tube and the zirconium oxide tube till the annular gap between the zirconium oxide tube and the high-aluminum tube is filled with the glue, and the tube opening position of the high-aluminum tube is coated withceramic glaze to form the ceramic glaze coating. On the basis of the measurable distance of an oxygen probe in the prior art, the airtight requirement can be ensured according to the working condition requirement, and remote oxygen measurement is achieved.
