According to the hydraulic cement production device,the cement raw materials are crushed and screened, so that the grinding quality is improved; and a grinding roller is driven to rotate at a high speed and do circular motion at the same time, and thecement raw materials are finely ground under the matching action of the fixing roller and a grinding body, so that the cement grinding efficiency is improved, and the quality of a cement finished product can be improved.
本发明属于水泥生产设备技术领域，尤其为一种水硬性水泥生产装置，针对现有的用于水泥生产的研磨装置研磨方式较为单一，导致研磨效率较低，且不具备对原料进行预粉碎筛分的功能，导致研磨质量较差的问题，现提出如下方案，其包括箱体、筒体和筛网，所述箱体顶部固定安装有两个固定板并开设有两个竖向孔，两个竖向孔内均转动安装有竖轴，两个竖轴外侧均固定安装有多个粉碎杆，两个固定板一侧均开设有横向孔。本发明通过对水泥原料进行破碎和筛分提升研磨的质量，通过带动研磨辊高速转动的同时做圆周运动、并在固定辊和研磨体的配合作用下对水泥原料进行精细化研磨，以提升水泥研磨的效率，有利于提升水泥成品的质量。
