The invention discloses a method for mineralizing CO2 and co-producing CAN type zeolite by using steel slag, which comprises the following steps: 1, leaching the steel slag by using ammonium bisulfateto obtain calcium sulfate leached slag and leachate containing silicon, aluminum and magnesium; 2, achieving coprecipitation of silicon and aluminum by adjusting the pH of the leachate obtained in the step 1, and obtaining silicon-aluminum gel; 3, further fully mixing the silica-alumina gel with NaOH, carrying out a heating reaction, and washing the solid product with water after the reaction toobtain CAN type zeolite and an alkaline washing liquid; and 4, respectively adjusting the pH values of the silicon-aluminum precipitation mother liquor and the calcium sulfate leaching residues by using the washing liquor obtained in the step 3, and introducing CO2 to react, thereby implementing mineralization of CO2.
本发明公开了一种利用钢铁渣矿化CO2联产CAN型沸石的方法,其方法包括:1采用硫酸氢铵浸出钢铁渣,获得硫酸钙浸出渣,及含有硅、铝、镁的浸出液;2通过调节第一步获得的浸出液pH实现硅及铝的共沉淀,得到硅铝凝胶;3进一步将硅铝凝胶与NaOH充分混合并加热反应,反应后用水洗涤固体产物,获得CAN型沸石及碱性洗液;4分别将硅铝沉淀母液及硫酸钙浸出渣通过第三步获得的洗液调节pH并通入CO2反应,实现CO2的矿化。
