Oriented nickel-plated carbon fiber smart cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an oriented nickel-plated carbon fiber smart cement-based material which is composed of oriented nickel-plated carbon fibers, a surface modifier, water and cement, the nickel-plated carbon fibers account for 0.2%-0.9% of the mass of the cement, the doping amount of the surface modifier accounts for 0.4%-0.8% of the mass of the cement, and the water-cement ratio is 0.35-0.65.Water and the surface modifier are fully mixed at first, cement and oriented nickel-plated carbon fibers are subjected to uniform dry mixing, then a mixed solution of water and the surface modifier is added and stirred, a prepared mixture is injected into a plastic mold, placed in a magnetic coil induction device for 3 min to 10 min and cured to a certain age, and the smart cement-based materialis obtained. Nickel is plated on the surfaces of the carbon fibers, so that wettability, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of the fibers are improved, and the fibers have magnetism anddeflect in a magnetic field. The conductivity of the prepared oriented nickel-plated carbon fiber smart cement-based material is enhanced, and the smart cement-based material has better stability andsensitivity in the aspect of pressure sensitivity.
本发明提供一种定向镀镍碳纤维的机敏水泥基材料,其由定向镀镍碳纤维、表面改性剂、水和水泥组成,其中镀镍碳纤维为水泥质量的0.2%~0.9%,表面改性剂的掺量为水泥质量的0.4%~0.8%,水灰比0.35~0.65;该复合材料先将水与表面改性剂充分混合,将水泥与定向镀镍碳碳纤维干混均匀,随后将水和表面改性剂混合溶液加入搅拌,所制拌合物注入塑料模具,置于磁线圈诱导装置中进行3min‑10min,养护到一定龄期后即得。碳纤维表面镀镍不仅提高了纤维的浸润性、导电和导热性能,还可以使其具有磁性在磁场中发生偏转。所制备的定向镀镍碳纤维的机敏水泥基材料导电性能得到了增强,在压敏性能上具有更好的稳定性和灵敏性。
