The method has the advantages of simple steps, high product controllability, good product performance and the like.
本发明涉及混凝土合成制备技术领域，具体地说是一种花岗岩不同物理形态在商品混凝土中的综合利用方法，其特征在于该综合利用方法步骤如下：步骤一：花岗岩不同物理形态的制备：取经抗压强度试验和压碎指标试验后满足国标规范要求的花岗岩石材，采用破碎机制备成0.5‑1cm粒径、1‑2cm粒径、2‑3粒径的三种碎石，同时产生花岗岩石屑，再取粒径为0.5‑1cm粒径的碎石和花岗岩石屑通过球磨机粉磨成45微米的细石粉；步骤二：制备混凝土：取水、水泥、花岗岩细石粉、花岗岩石屑、花岗岩0.5‑1cm碎石、花岗岩1‑2cm碎石、花岗岩2‑3cm碎石、聚羧酸减水剂进行混合，具有步骤简单、产品可控性高、产品性能好等优点。
