Due to the addition of the aluminum oxide ceramic fibers, the comprehensive performance of the mold core is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种复合材料领域，具体涉及一种氧化铝纤维增强陶瓷型芯的制备方法。本发明通过用氧化铝陶瓷纤维来增强陶瓷型芯，以溶剂为载体选用了一种新型的纤维添加方式，向陶瓷型芯中加入了不同含量的氧化铝纤维，通过机械搅拌作用以及羟丙基甲基纤维素分散剂对纤维进行分散，制备出氧化铝纤维增强陶瓷型芯。本发明由于氧化铝陶瓷纤维的加入，大大地提升了型芯的综合性能。
