Preparation method of ceramic-based composite material containing cooling ducts
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic-based composite material containing cooling ducts. The method comprises the following steps: sewing or puncturing a carbon fiber preform by using pore-forming fibers capable of being chemically removed to obtain a preset pore-forming fiber composite preform; carrying out pyrolytic carbon interface phase and SiC matrix deposition and densification on the pore-forming fiber composite preform by adopting a CVI process to obtain a C/SiC composite material; and polishing to expose the pore-forming fibers, and removing the pore-forming fibers by adopting a chemical method to obtain the C/SiC composite material containing the cooling pore channels. According to the invention, the C/SiC composite material containing the cooling ducts is prepared by combining preset pore-forming fibers with a CVI method. The method is simple in technological process, complex components can be prepared, technological parameters of the C/SiC composite material containing the cooling ducts prepared through the method can be adjusted according to specific requirements, then the C/SiC composite material containing the ducts and with the required duct size and distribution is obtained, and great application prospects are achieved.
本发明涉及一种含冷却孔道的陶瓷基复合材料制备方法,采用能够化学去除的成孔纤维对碳纤维预制体进行缝合或穿刺,得到预置成孔纤维复合预制体;采用CVI工艺在成孔纤维复合预制体上进行热解碳界面相和SiC基体沉积及致密化,获得C/SiC复合材料;打磨使成孔纤维暴露后,采用化学方法去除成孔纤维,得到含冷却孔道的C/SiC复合材料。本发明采用预置成孔纤维结合CVI法制备含冷却孔道C/SiC复合材料。该方法工艺流程简单,能够制备复杂构件,且该方法制备的含冷却孔道C/SiC复合材料可以根据具体要求调整工艺参数,进而得到所需孔道大小和分布的含孔道C/SiC复合材料,有极大的应用前景。
